3. PRODUCTS AND CERTIFICATION
All 925 sterling silver products sold on this website have undergone official hallmarking controls in accordance with Spanish regulations and bear the corresponding markings guaranteeing their authenticity. Certification has been carried out by authorized laboratories in Spain, ensuring compliance with legal standards of silver purity and quality.
4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Products offered through www.boukoli.com are available in the following regions: Europe, America, Australia, and Asia, except Russia and North Korea.
5. ORDERS
To place an order, you must complete the online checkout process and click “Authorize payment.” Once your request is accepted by BOUKOLI, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Later, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once the product has been dispatched. The purchase contract is only considered finalized upon sending the Shipping Confirmation.
Although we strive to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may require us to cancel an order even after confirmation. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. By placing an order, you guarantee that the information provided is accurate and authorize BOUKOLI to charge the provided payment method, ensuring that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the order.
6. PRICES AND TAXES
Prices are those shown on the website at the time of purchase, unless there is an obvious error. Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount to be paid.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
We require between 1 and 4 business days to prepare your order. Delivery time will depend on the destination country. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package has been shipped. Public holidays are not considered business days, so orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day. The delivery date may be affected by delays due to weather conditions, external factors, or during peak seasons. We recommend checking the tracking information sent by email to obtain the most accurate delivery date. The total cost of each shipment will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. 8. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Requests for exchanges and returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.
The product for which an exchange or return is requested must be in perfect condition, meaning unused and including all original packaging and contents. BOUKOLI reserves the right to reject a return if all the above conditions are not met. In such cases, you will be notified by email that your order is not eligible for return.
To initiate the exchange or return process, you must contact info@boukoli.com. Boukoli will not cover the return shipping costs for customers or exchanges.
If the selected size is not correct, we can exchange it for another piece of the appropriate size upon request within 14 calendar days from delivery. The artistic process of the piece is handmade, so there may be slight differences compared to the previous piece.
For full refunds, the purchase amount will be refunded once the product has been received and inspected, deducting shipping and return costs.
9. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of difficulties in supplying products, we will refund any amount you have paid.
10. WARRANTIES
All our products come with a two-year legal warranty from delivery and will be considered in conformity with the contract when they match the description provided on our website, possess the characteristics and features advertised, are suitable for the usual use of products of the same type, and present the quality that can reasonably be expected from a similar product. In case of defect or lack of conformity, the customer must notify us immediately through our official channels, providing the product details as well as the damage suffered, and BOUKOLI will fully refund the amount using the same payment method after verifying the issue.
11. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
Except as expressly stated in these General Terms and Conditions, BOUKOLI’s liability regarding any product purchased through this website will be limited exclusively to the purchase price of the corresponding product. Unless otherwise required by law, BOUKOLI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to: loss of income or sales, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or loss of management time or working hours. Due to the open nature of the web and possible errors in the storage or transmission of digital information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or security of information obtained through this website, unless expressly stated otherwise.

21. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The use of this website and purchase contracts are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
