Requesting a return or exchange

At Boukoli, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, with all original tags, and in their original packaging. To start the process, contact us at info@boukoli.com.

Boukoli reserves the right to reject an exchange or return if all the conditions above are not met. Boukoli is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, negligence, alterations, or cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and aging.

Exchanges

  • If the size or style isn’t quite right, we can exchange it for another item within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are free of charge, excluding shipping costs.
  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in perfect condition, we’ll approve the exchange and send instructions for shipping your new item.
  • If the new item is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference; if it’s cheaper, the difference will be refunded.
  • Our pieces are handmade, so small differences between the original and exchanged item may occur.


Refunds

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, with all original tags, and in their original packaging.
  • For eligible returns, your purchase amount will be refunded once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original order and may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
  • Shipping fees and return costs are deducted from the refund.
  • Boukoli is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, negligence, alterations, or cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and aging.


Out of Stock & Restocks

  • When an item is out of stock, the customer can subscribe to receive an alert when the product becomes available again. This action is done in the specific product file.
  • You can send an email to info@boukoli.com asking for the specific product you are interested in and we will give you more detailed information about it.
