Requesting a return or exchange

At Boukoli, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and include all original packaging and contents (cards, etc.). To start the process, contact us at info@boukoli.com.

Boukoli reserves the right to reject an exchange or return if all the conditions above are not met. Boukoli is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, negligence, alterations, or cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and aging.

Exchanges

  • Items must be unused and include all original packaging and contents (cards, etc.)
  • Product exchanges are free of charge, except for shipping costs. Once we receive the package with the item to be exchanged, we will verify that it is in perfect condition and proceed with approving the exchange. At that point, you will receive an email with a link to pay for the shipping of the new item.
  • If the new item is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference; if it’s cheaper, the difference will be refunded.
  • Once the payment is completed, you will receive your new order within our processing time: 1–2 business days for preparation, excluding shipping time, which will depend on the destination country.
  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges that are not processed through our platform or that do not comply with our policy. Boukoli reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return if all the above conditions are not met.


Refunds

  • At Boukoli, each piece is handcrafted with attention to every unique detail. As a result, our products may feature imperfections and distinctive characteristics that make each piece one of a kind. We do not accept returns based on these particularities, as they are part of the design and irregular finish of our pieces. Please take this into consideration before making a purchase.
  • You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return. After this period, Boukoli reserves the right to reject the request.
  • Refunds are free of charge, excluding shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
  • For eligible returns, your purchase amount will be refunded once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Items must be unused and include all original packaging and contents (cards, etc.)
  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original order and may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
  • Boukoli is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, negligence, alterations, or cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and aging.


Out of Stock & Restocks

  • When an item is out of stock, the customer can subscribe to receive an alert when the product becomes available again. This action is done in the specific product file.
  • You can send an email to info@boukoli.com asking for the specific product you are interested in and we will give you more detailed information about it.
