Order status and shipping times
Once your order is sent, you will receive an email containing the tracking number from the corresponding courier, allowing you to follow your package at any time. Please note that after placing your order, it takes us between 1 to 3 days to prepare it in our workshop. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Product availability
Because we focus on handmade quality, our production is intentionally limited. This allows us to give each piece the attention it deserves.
If an item is sold out, you can subscribe for restock notifications on the product page. You can also email info@boukoli.com with the piece you’re interested in for more information.
Returns and exchanges

Product care
To extend the life of your 925 silver piece, we recommend keeping it away from liquids. When not in use, store it in a cool, dry place, ideally in the provided jewelry box. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, lotions, and perfumes.
We recommend not altering or repairing pieces through other sources, as this can change their design and durability. Any modifications outside our studio are done at your own risk.
